We have recently learned of counterfeit Vermicelli produced illegally with our registered trademarks and being sold by unauthorized manufacturer and exporter. Those manufacturers and exporters obtained the export permission of our products(Pagoda brand) by illegal means. It has not only deceived customers, but also seriously damaged our company's international reputation and goodwill. In March, 2020, we filed petitions to Huangdao Customs and detained a batch of counterfeit Vermicelli with our registered trademarks, which was produced by Shandong Sunshine Vermicelli Co.,Ltd. and exported by Qingdao Jiahexing commercial & trading Co.,Ltd.in Qingdao, Shandong Province. We have reported the case to the police, and seized the counterfeit goods through judicial proceedings.

Cofco-Shandong Vermicelli & Beans Imp/Exp. Co.,Ltd. is the owner of the registered trademarks "Pagoda", "Double Dragons Device", "LUNGKOW" and "LUNGKOW with Double Dragons Device". We are the only exporter and make use of these registered trademarks.

Cofco-Shandong Vermicelli & Beans Imp/Exp. Co.,Ltd. has never authorized these registered trademarks to any other manufacturer and exporter.

At present, Cofco-Shandong Vermicelli & Beans Imp/Exp. Co.,Ltd. has investigated and dealt with the infringement of our registered trademarks with help from China Customs, Police and Court authority in accordance with the law. Meanwhile, we support our international customers to join us to combat counterfeits and protect intellectual property rights. Further legal actions against such illegal counterfeiters will be carried out if any counterfeiting was found.
